I had an amazing dental experience at Dr. Elias Almaz. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and front desk staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They even remembered my preferred days for appointments from my previous visits, which made scheduling a breeze.

The office itself is impeccably clean with an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. As for the dental staff, they were phenomenal. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly, which eliminated any uncertainty or anxiety I usually have during dental visits. The overall vibe was calming, and I felt completely at ease.

During my second appointment with Dr. Almaz, I needed an old cavity replaced. Instead of the traditional numbing and drilling, I was offered a laser treatment, which turned out to be painless and effective. Dr. Almaz and his dental assistant guided me through each stage, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and what I needed to do. This level of transparency and care significantly reduced my typical dental visit nerves.

Following the procedure, I was able to resume my day without any discomfort. Even my cleaning with the dental hygienist was a pleasant experience, and my filing, which I anticipated to be dreadful, was surprisingly smooth and easy.
