I was skeptical when the dental assistant mentioned there would be no numbing, unlike my past fillings, but the procedure was completely painless. They used a CO₂ laser called 'Solea' to remove the affected area, which felt like a cool breeze over my tooth—zero discomfort. This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Every single person I’ve encountered has been nothing short of incredible. Dr. Gilbert has been kind, patient, and understanding from day one. You can tell he is genuine and really cares about his patients and what he does. Making sure I am comfortable and allowing me to use my fidgets and weighted resources needed for my anxiety and sensory stimming. Vicky has been amazing and kind making sure I have everything I need and am set up with a movie for longer appointments. Cindy was incredibly sweet to me when I got my teeth cleaned and even let me use the kid products since I am not a fan of minty products. Vanessa has been so welcoming and helpful when I come in and makes sure I have an appointment at a time I am not working and very accommodating with allowing me to make payments. Dr. Almaz was able to help me with a dental emergency outside of work hours and was very calm and understanding. I have not met anyone else yet but the whole team is absolutely amazing. I no longer have to be terrified of going to the dentist. I could not recommend this place more! Best ever!
